I am a Massage Therapist and wellness practitioner with certifications in Reiki and Yoga. My work centers on the many ways the body can return to homeostasis through intentional touch, mindful movement, breathwork, and radical rest. My sessions are guided by intuitive listening and adaptability, allowing each treatment to respond to what is most needed in the moment.

Drawing from my background as an artist and educator, I integrate massage therapy, assisted stretch, grounding techniques, and creative healing practices to help release tension, improve mobility, and create space for deeper connection, restoration, and relaxation.
