I am a massage therapist and wellness practitioner with certifications in Reiki, yoga, and Ashiatsu barefoot massage. My work centers on supporting the body’s natural ability to return to homeostasis through intentional touch, mindful movement, breathwork, guided meditation, and radical rest. I create a welcoming space for all bodies, identities, and expressions to arrive exactly as they are. Each session is guided by intuitive listening and adaptability, allowing the treatment to respond to what is most needed in the moment.

Drawing from my background as an artist and educator, I integrate therapeutic massage, assisted stretching, grounding techniques, and creative healing practices to help release tension, improve mobility, and invite a deeper connection to rest and relaxation. My approach is rooted in caring for the whole self and in the belief that healing begins when the body feels safe enough to soften.
