60 minutes: $90 - $150 // $120 suggested

75 minutes: $115 - $175 // $145 suggested

The essence of my work is to offer your body space to slow down.

Whether you see me for massage to relieve pain and stress or CranioSacral Therapy to assist in deeper relaxation and rebalancing, I aim to meet you where you are with compassion, respect and trust. I believe everyone deserves access to quality bodywork and that a felt sense of wellbeing is our birthright.

I received my massage education from Body Therapy Institute and was licensed in 2011. I started my training in CranioSacral Therapy through Upledger Institute in 2014. I continue to take their courses to deepen my skills and understanding of the craniosacral system and it’s fascinating ability to self correct.

In my free time you can find me at home with my beloved dog Abbie, or out in the woods somewhere amongst the trees.
