I received my education for Massage Therapy and Health Education in 2018 at the National Holistic Institute. My practice is a labor of love and intention, profoundly satisfying my pursuit of meaningful care work in a world which can only benefit from more caring practices.
My background as a lifelong athlete combined with my passion for embodiment and recovery makes my approach to bodywork both technical and intuitive. I love the process of building trust and collaborating toward a continuity of care by developing practical plans and adjusting the tools when needed.
I practice and borrow from a range of modalities, and offer my full set of skills to every session with no add-ons: light touch to deep pressure, heat therapies, cupping, facilitated stretching, breath coaching, fascia modalities, and neuromuscular techniques.
Modalities I have earned supplementary certification for are cupping for orthopedic conditions and neuromuscular technical applications.
Most of us have been harmed in one way or another by the cruel inequities in access to care by the medical industrial complex. My approach to this work is guided by my belief in our right to bodily autonomy, health education and self-determination. It is my absolute joy to facilitate new or renewed paths toward your embodiment.
